Hi,

Anyone out there another blind lawyer? (well, I'm not quite a lawyer as I haven't passed the bar) I work in the intresting world of Social Security Appeals (where I'm thankful the work of tenBroek et al made it extremely unlikely the case of a blind person will cross my desk, except if its an overpayment.)

I'm also a blind wheelchair user, as I have Cerebral Palsy and work to educate the ignorant that I find in both halves of the disability community to which I belong...the complete separation of blind people while a good idea for things like Voc Rehab, means that most people in the organized disability community know very little about blind people. (e.g. one of my colleges with a physical disability exclaimed "braille is outdated" and "nobody reads it anymore."

Done Rambling, just wanted to say hello.

Yes. I'm a lawyer. I think there are a few others floating around here as well. Welcome to the Zone and good luck on the Bar.
